FAF owners provided strategic start-up and operational/marketing expertise to this upstart casual/elegant dining (a new concept to Chile) restaurant formed by entrepreneurs in Chile. Concept is intended to be replicated throughout Latin America. This start-up exceeded sale projections by 14% and profits by 10% in its first quarter of operation.

The principals of FAF Created a new market-driven specialty cheese product line for the U.S. market. FAF managed the product development, Chilean sourcing, quality control, exportation and U.S. importation of these products. We guided the company start-up, distribution negotiations, product development and introduction of new products to niche markets of U.S. in less than 6 months.
