FAF revamped operating systems and processes, resulting in more than doubled productivity (sales/employee). Repositioned the company’s line of nutritional products and revitalized the network of more than 10,000 distributors in 17 countries on 4 continents.
The principals of FAF Created a new market-driven specialty cheese product line for the U.S. market. FAF managed the product development, Chilean sourcing, quality control, exportation and U.S. importation of these products. We guided the company start-up, distribution negotiations, product development and introduction of new products to niche markets of U.S. in less than 6 months.
This assignment consists of monitoring operations in the United States, Romania, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama and Ecuador.
