The principals of FAF organized and led a USAID-funded project of 11 Romanians for a Beef cattle study tour throughout the USA. The focus of this trip was to familiarize the participants with all aspects of the beef industry in the USA.
The project consisted of 4,300 acres of intensely managed very high yielding crops on sandy soil. The 36 center pivots ranged from new to 30+ years old, with using both diesel and electric power.
