The project assessed the opportunities to provide technical assistance and training to dairy farmers in Kunduz Province to help them be able to produce and sell milk to the Mountain Pastures Dairy Company dairy plant. On a separate trip, evaluated and advised the privatization of a large state dairy farm in Nangarhar Province.
