Commodity Feasibility and Development Assessment focused on Soybeans for small farm plot owners in Turkmenistan. Assessed in their production and marketing challenges in a Dictatorship Government, showed them the advantages of joint marketing, facilitated in trade and promoted market oriented production and purchasing activities through fair trade and democratic ideas.
