The project is designed to build confidence and trust between the Government of Afghanistan and communities through the identification and implementation of small community improvement projects in unstable areas of Afghanistan. FAF Developments established a flexible quick response mechanism capable of mobilizing relevant Government of Afghanistan representatives and communities in consultative decision making processes
