The stakeholders of FAF orchestrated a complete restructure and successful turnaround of Heritage Health Products Company USA in less than 12 months. FAF revamped operating systems and processes, resulting in more than doubled productivity (sales/employee). Repositioned the company’s line of nutritional products and revitalized the network of more than 10,000 distributors in 17 countries on 4 continents.
FAF owners provided strategic start-up and operational/marketing expertise to this upstart casual/elegant dining (a new concept to Chile) restaurant formed by entrepreneurs in Chile. Concept is intended to be replicated throughout Latin America. This start-up exceeded sale projections by 14% and profits by 10% in its first quarter of operation.
This assignment consists of monitoring operations in the United States, Romania, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama and Ecuador.
